Glencreek

Glencreek is a newly designed conservation neighborhood in Southern Wake County. There are 85 lots on 140 acres with 45 acres off tree protection and conservation easements as well as land for a County Park. As you enter Glencreek, you travel several hundred feet in a ‘park like’ setting before coming to the neighborhood pool. The pool area is designed to enhance the park atmosphere with a large cabana, volleyball court, and picnic area with grills and picnic tables. As the developers, we believe that your home buyers expect to see the amenity at the time of purchase. Therefore, we will complete the pool area prior to the completion of the first home. Most lots are an acre or over. With the present market conditions, most builders are only entering into deals that are ‘smart’ - not pushing the envelope and unique enough to sell even if the market does not improve as quickly as most of us hope.
